Unilumin(SZSE 300232), the leading provider of LED products and application solutions based in China, announced to have acquired LAMP Technology. The total transaction cost at closing is RMB 68 million, after the acquisition, Unilumin owns 100% equity interest in LAMP Technology.
Through the acquisition, Unilumin enhances its leadership in China LED industry, especially in UHD LED display field.
