“Spectrum of the Seas” is one of the most impressive installations to date of Unilumin UHF since its launch in 2019. With a pitch of 1.9mm and a maximum bend diameter of 1.5m, UHF is the first large flexible fine pixel LED screen that can naturally integrate with the original shape and design of a building to showcase a digital display for maximum attention and visual impact. It fully adapts to all imaginative possibilities of building design, allowing the screen to be designed into the space rather than the space around the screen.

155 square meters of Unilumin’s flexible LED solution creates an amazing atmosphere for both the entrances and main dining room of Spectrum of the Seas. A key and unique feature of UHF is pixel by pixel curving, which means that the module's curve can be as thin as every pixel on the module.

This allows UHF to bent more smoothly and multiple times in different directions to create attractive and unique irregular shapes, such as circles, columns, waves and other interesting configurations, naturally integrating with original shapes and designs of buildings or in this case, vessels. COS technology helps achieve a super wide viewing angle, of 180° degrees, a level that other technologies cannot reach.

The UHF module is ultra-thin, giving a guaranteed high level of flatness effect with no bulging due to temperature changes. It is also easier to control the accuracy and resilience at the time of installation. Only Unilumin UHF with its 1.9mm pixel pitch provided the resolution to create an immersive experience whether the viewer is standing close and or at the opposite end of this very large space. Using the flexibility of its modular concept, Unilumin was able to supply a solution that met all requirements in a remarkably short delivery timeframe.
