This significant milestone reflects Unilumin’s commitment to enhancing localised support, providing faster response times, and strengthening its presence in the UK and Northwest European markets.
The event brought together Unilumin’s valued clients, partners, and industry leaders for a day of celebration, insightful discussions, and an exclusive showroom tour. The atmosphere was vibrant, as attendees engaged with Unilumin UK’s team and explored the latest advancements in LED display technology.
A Commitment to Localised Service
The event commenced with a warm welcome from James Li, President of Sales and Service at Unilumin Group, who expressed gratitude to customers and partners for their unwavering support. He emphasized that Unilumin’s success would not be possible without the trust and collaboration of its clients. James also reaffirmed Unilumin’s Three Localisations Strategy—focusing on localised sales, service, and product offerings—ensuring that UK-based customers benefit from faster service response times and tailored LED solutions. Other members of the senior management team from Unilumin HQ were also present, including Katherine Wing, General Manager NW Europe, and Alan Lau, General Manager for UK & Ireland. Katherine & Alan regularly visit the UK to support the local team and have frequent dialogue with UK customers and partners.
Following James’ speech, the official ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the showroom’s grand opening, symbolising a new chapter for Unilumin UK.
Building a Stronger Future in the UK Market
Leo McDowall, Director of Business Development at Unilumin UK, then introduced the UK team’s organisational structure, making it easier for customers to connect with the right contacts for support. He also reinforced Unilumin’s commitment to sustainability, highlighting that Unilumin was the first in the industry to achieve green certification. Moving forward, Unilumin UK will strictly adhere to ESG regulations and continue delivering environmentally friendly, high-quality LED solutions.
Steve Grundy, Sales Manager at Unilumin UK went on to outline the full-service capability from the local Unilumin team, based at the Heathrow facility. The in-house team offers full service and repair operations, technical training for the Unilumin Certified Engineer (UCE) accreditation as well as full product demonstration and showroom facilities.
The event concluded with a group photo, capturing this significant milestone, followed by a guided showroom tour. Customers had the opportunity to experience Unilumin’s cutting-edge LED technology firsthand (for example MIP-visualperfect tech) and gain a deeper understanding of the company’s product advantages.
